Penwiper plant
Korowai/Torlesse Tussocklands Park
Notothlaspi rosulatum. Occupying a scree slide on Red Hill, December 2005. The grey foliage is a good match for the greywacke, making the plant invisible when not flowering.

systrauss Matthew - Love your photographs! Would like to use one or two (like this one) in a paper I am writing for a scientific journal on adaptations in scree plants. Would you give me permission? I'd be happy to share more about the project.
