possibly an old forestry hut? nice old hut to stay in the summer time, can be abit cold either side of the season due the old fashion open fire place with the very large flue. this hut is only 30 mins away from elcho hut so it rarely sees action unless elcho hut is full.
water is near the hut, head towards the toilet and there will be a steam on your right.

see elcho hut for access details. the hut is just a short walk up the main valley on the true right. you will need to cross a small stream that feeds into the main river. about 100m after you cross its tucked up on the rise. careful not to miss it as it is well hidden! |
